Hyundai Tucson Parts
The Tucson has been one of Hyundai's best sellers in Canada since 2005, and a lot of early ones are still on the road after years of salt and slush. It shares most of its chassis with the Kia Sportage, which is why you'll see both names in our product titles. This page groups our Tucson parts by generation and points out the splits that matter: front-wheel drive vs AWD, engine, and gas vs hybrid. Everything ships from our warehouse in Quebec, with free shipping across Canada on orders over $60.

Choose your Tucson year
2022–2025 Tucson (4th generation)
The current Tucson comes as gas, Hybrid and Plug-in Hybrid, plus the N Line appearance trim. Our year collections include all of them, so check the trim and engine list in each fitment table.
2016–2021 Tucson (3rd generation)
2016 · 2017 · 2018 · 2019 · 2020 · 2021
Our biggest Tucson range and where most of our orders come from. Engines were the 2.0L, 2.4L and 1.6L turbo, and the 2019 refresh changed a few brake and trim parts.
2010–2015 Tucson (2nd generation)
2010 · 2011 · 2012 · 2013 · 2014 · 2015
Offered with the 2.0L and 2.4L, in front-wheel drive or AWD.
2005–2009 Tucson (1st generation)
2005 · 2006 · 2007 · 2008 · 2009
The original Tucson, with a 2.0L four-cylinder or 2.7L V6. Many parts are shared with the Kia Sportage of the same years and the early Santa Fe.

Tucson fitment: where people go wrong
- FWD or AWD. Rear axles, rear hubs and some rear suspension parts only fit AWD Tucsons. If there's no driveshaft running to the back, you have front-wheel drive. The rear CV axle kit KN7-100713, for example, is AWD only.
- Engine and brake size (2016–2021). Depending on trim, the 2.0L, 2.4L and 1.6L turbo can come with different front brake sizes. Measure your rotor or check the trim list in the fitment table before ordering front brakes.
- Before and after the 2019 refresh. Some 2019–2021 parts differ from 2016–2018, like the rear caliper pair KBC-100340, which is listed for 2016–2018 only. Go by your exact year, not just the generation.
- Hybrid and Plug-in Hybrid (2022+). The hybrids are heavier and some brake and suspension parts differ from gas models. N Line is mostly a styling trim, but still confirm it's named in the fitment table.
- Kia Sportage twins. Many Tucson parts also fit the Sportage, but the years don't line up exactly (a 2016 Tucson matches a 2017 Sportage). Use the years in each table rather than assuming.
- Not sure? Your VIN settles it. Email it to us and we'll confirm before you order.
Working on a Tucson
- Rear brakes wear fast. Rear rotors and pads on the 2016–2021 Tucson are one of our top sellers. If you hear grinding from the back, check the rear pads first.
- Parking brake shoes inside the rotor. Many Tucsons have a small drum-style parking brake inside the rear rotor hat. If the parking brake doesn't hold well, replace those shoes (like KNH-100059 on 2005–2009) when you do rear rotors.
- Electronic parking brake (2022+). The current Tucson has an electric parking brake. Put it in service mode or use a scan tool to retract the rear pistons before you change rear pads.
- Seized calipers. On older Tucsons, a sticking rear caliper or slide pin causes uneven pad wear and a hot wheel. Replace calipers in pairs and lube the slide pins with silicone grease.
- Winter salt. Clean rust off the hub face so new rotors sit flat, bed in new pads with several moderate stops, and torque everything to the values in your Tucson service information. Get an alignment after any suspension or steering work.
Frequently asked questions
Is fitment guaranteed?
Each product page has a fitment table listing the years, trims, engines, drive type and position the part fits, and the vehicle search at the top of the site only shows parts listed for your vehicle. If we're wrong about fitment, we'll accept your return request or help you find the right part. Not sure? Email us your year, trim, engine, FWD or AWD and VIN before you order and we'll check. Returns for a part ordered for the wrong vehicle fall under our standard refund policy (restocking fee and return shipping apply).
How much is shipping and how long does it take?
Shipping is free within Canada on orders over $60 CAD. Orders under $60 ship for a flat $19.99. We process orders within 0–1 business days and ship from our warehouse in Quebec. Delivery usually takes 1–6 business days depending on where you are. Some remote areas may have an extra charge, and we'll contact you first if that applies.
Can I return a part?
Yes. You have 30 days from receipt to request a return. Parts must be unused, uninstalled and in the original packaging. A 15% restocking fee applies, and return shipping is your responsibility if the wrong part was ordered. See our refund policy.
Which brake kit fits my Tucson?
For 2016–2021 Tucsons, K8C-101670 is a rear rotor and ceramic pad kit, KDC-100871 the drilled and slotted version, and K8F-101484 a front and rear kit with semi-metallic pads. For 2005–2009 Tucsons, K8C-101769 is the rear kit. Always confirm your trim and engine in the fitment table.
Do Tucson parts fit the Kia Sportage?
Often, yes. The two share a platform, which is why many of our titles list both. The model years are offset by about a year, so go by the years in each fitment table.
