Warranty Information
IMPORTANT: By using a Parts Avenue product, you agree to the terms outlined in this Warranty Policy.
Please do not use your product until you have read and understood these terms.
If you do not agree to these terms, you must return the product unused within the return period stated in our Return Policy.
Warranty Coverage
Parts Avenue warrants that all automotive parts and accessories sold in their original packaging are free from defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and covers products for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase.
- All products sold by Parts Avenue are brand new, fully functional, and serviceable at the time of sale.
- If a defect is discovered within the warranty period, Parts Avenue may, at its sole discretion, issue a one-time replacement.
- Refunds will only be provided if a replacement is unavailable due to the item being out of stock.
Bundle Purchases
- Items sold as part of a bundle are covered individually.
- Warranty claims on bundled items will not result in a full bundle replacement—only the specific defective item will be addressed.
Replacement Part Warranty
Replacement parts provided under this warranty are covered for 90 days from the date of exchange or the remainder of the original warranty period—whichever is longer.
Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage resulting from misuse, incorrect installation, abuse, or operation outside of intended use.
- Products not purchased directly from Parts Avenue.
- Any incidental costs, including labor, installation/removal, towing, mileage, or downtime.
- Parts installed in non-applicable vehicles or used for purposes other than those intended.

- The manufacturer's stamp on the part (if visible).
