Ford F-150 Parts

The F-150 has been Canada's best-known pickup for decades, and that long run is exactly why ordering parts for one can be tricky. Ford has changed the brakes and front suspension several times, sometimes partway through a generation. Below, our F-150 parts are grouped by year and generation, with notes on where the changes happen. Everything ships from our warehouse in Quebec, with free shipping across Canada on orders over $60.

F-150 fitment: where people go wrong

  • 4x2 vs 4x4. On several generations the front rotors, hubs and struts are different between two-wheel and four-wheel drive. The K8C-100095 kit and the 78A-11306 strut above are 4WD-only, for example. The fitment table on each product says which drive type it fits.
  • Mid-generation brake changes. 2018 brought new brakes to the 13th-generation truck. Within a year, Heavy-Duty Payload, Raptor and some other packages can also use different brakes. If your truck has one of these, email us your VIN first.
  • Raptor, Lightning and Tremor. These have their own suspension and often their own brakes. Only order a part for them when the fitment table names them.
  • Measure if in doubt. Measuring the rotor diameter, or reading the number cast into the caliper, quickly settles which brake kit you need.

Working on an F-150

  • Aluminum body, steel frame. From 2015 the cab and box are aluminum, but the frame, brakes and suspension are steel, so brake and suspension jobs are done the same way. If you remove body fasteners, keep the original coated hardware, since bare steel against aluminum can corrode.
  • Electronic parking brake on newer trucks. Many 2021+ trucks have an electronic parking brake. Put it in service mode (with a scan tool or the procedure in your owner information) before pushing the rear pistons back.
  • Drum-in-hat parking brakes. On many trucks with rear discs, the parking brake uses small shoes inside the rear rotor. When you replace rear rotors, check those shoes and adjust them. They're easy to forget.
  • Inner tie rods and clunks. A clunk or loose feeling in the steering over bumps is often a worn inner tie rod or a worn lower ball joint. Get an alignment after replacing any steering part.
  • Salt and seized hardware. Soak caliper bracket bolts with penetrating oil before the job. Clean scale off the hub face so new rotors sit flat, and use silicone grease on the slide pins.
  • Bed in new pads and rotors with a series of moderate, then firmer, stops without coming to a full stop while the brakes are hot. Torque everything to the values in your F-150 service information.

Frequently asked questions

Is fitment guaranteed?

Each product page has a fitment table listing the years, trims, engines, drive type and position the part fits, and the vehicle search at the top of the site only shows parts listed for your truck. If we're wrong about fitment, we'll accept your return request or help you find the right part. Not sure? Email us your year, cab, drive type (4x2 or 4x4) and VIN before you order and we'll check. Returns for a part ordered for the wrong vehicle fall under our standard refund policy (restocking fee and return shipping apply).

How much is shipping and how long does it take?

Shipping is free within Canada on orders over $60 CAD. Orders under $60 ship for a flat $19.99. We process orders within 0–1 business days and ship from our warehouse in Quebec. Delivery usually takes 1–6 business days depending on where you are. Some remote areas may have an extra charge, and we'll contact you first if that applies.

Can I return a part?

Yes. You have 30 days from receipt to request a return. Parts must be unused, uninstalled and in the original packaging. A 15% restocking fee applies, and return shipping is your responsibility if the wrong part was ordered. See our refund policy.

Which brake kit fits my F-150?

Start with your year and drive type. For 2021–2025, K8F-104199 is a front + rear kit. For 2018–2020, K8C-103514 is a front kit and KTC-100821 is a pads-only front + rear kit. For 2012–2017, K8C-101153 covers both axles. For 2004–2008 4x4 trucks, K8C-100095 is a front kit.

Do F-150 parts fit the Expedition or Navigator?

Some do. The Expedition and Navigator share brakes and steering parts with the F-150 in certain years, which is why those names appear in our titles. Always go by the years listed in each fitment table rather than the model name alone.
