Where is my order? How long does it usually take for me to receive my order?

Once we have received your order(s) they will be processed in 0-1 business days. Once processed you can expect to see your package(s) in 1-6 business days depending on the location the parts are being shipped to. There are cases where part(s) are not in stock and have to be back-ordered which can cause delay(s). In these cases we try our best to contact the customer and let them know immediately. Please let us know of any concerning situation by emailing us at support@partsavenue.ca. Orders made on a Friday are more likely to be sent out the following business day.


How can we contact you?

The best way to contact us is by emailing support@partsavenue.ca, info@partsavenue.ca, or sending us a text. We respond within 48 hours! You can also fill out our online contact form, and one of our team members will respond as quickly as possible.

Do I get a tracking number with my order?

Absolutely! All of our customers will receive a unique tracking number for their order. Once you place an order with us and we’ve shipped your order, you’ll receive an email from us including a tracking number. If you have any queries, you can contact our support team by emailing support@partsavenue.ca.

My parts arrived damaged, what can I do?

We take pride in delivering top-quality parts as described for our customers. As long as you are within 1 day of receiving your package, you can send an email to support@partsavenue.ca with your order number and a photo of the damage. Please send us as many detailed pictures as possible, and we will process an exchange for parts.

How can I confirm if a part would fit my car?

We’ve made it easy for our customers to understand if a part will fit their car. When you're looking at a product, there will be a fitment table that will let you know if a part will fit your vehicle. It's always good to double-check. The table will inform you if it fits your vehicle's engine type, trim, or a specific area related to the part you want to order. If you are unsure, you can email us at support@partsavenue.ca or send a text with your VIN number, and we will have our Parts Advisors confirm for you.

What if I ordered the wrong part by mistake?

We have a fair refund policy for all our customers. If you've ordered an incorrect part, contact us within 7 days of receiving it to start the return/exchange process. As long as the item is unused and in its original packaging, our team will guide you through the process of returning your part(s) and tell you when you can expect a refund. Shipping fees may apply for returns due to customer error.

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

Our aim is to fulfill all of our customers’ orders as quickly as possible. If you realize you’ve ordered the wrong part or wish to cancel your order, please email us at support@partsavenue.ca as soon as possible. If we haven’t shipped your order yet, we may be able to cancel or modify it. Once shipped, cancellations or changes are no longer possible, but you can follow the return and refund process by contacting us within 7 days of receiving your order. Do you offer local pickup?

We sadly don’t offer local pickups to our customers at this time. Instead, we ship all of our orders directly to the address you provide during checkout. Our delivery times are quick, efficient, and free for deliveries inside Canada. You can read our Shipping Policy for more information.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay for a secure and convenient checkout experience.

Are your parts new or used?

All products sold by Parts Avenue are 100% brand new, fully functional, and serviceable at the time of sale. We only work with the most reputable manufacturers and suppliers to ensure our customers receive the highest quality, perfectly functioning parts on the market. 

Do you offer any warranties?

Yes! Most parts come with a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty applies only to the original purchaser and covers products for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase. If you discover a defect, we will try to replace the part. A refund is only given when no replacement part is available. For more details, see our Warranty Policy or contact us for assistance.

What happens if a part goes out of stock after I order?

In rare cases where an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we’ll contact you immediately with options. Your options include waiting for the part to be back in stock, choosing an alternative part, or receiving a full refund. We aim to fulfill every order our customers place.

How do I return a part?

We've made our returns process simple and seamless for our customers. Simply email support@partsavenue.ca with your order number and reason for return. If your part is eligible for return, we'll provide return instructions. For a successful and hassle-free return, please ensure the part is unused and in its original packaging.

Can I get installation help or advice?

While we do not offer installation services or advice, we’re happy to provide fitment guidance. You can email us your VIN number and the part you're considering, and our team will confirm compatibility.

Do you ship outside of Canada?

Currently, we only ship within Canada. We are working on expanding our shipping regions in the near future—stay tuned!
